Each villa has its own personality as unique as the Australian owner, and all come with their own private swimming pools, hand picked decorations from across the archipelago and framed in enchanted tropical gardens.

A yellow flag at your villa’s front entrance signifies to the staff that you are in residence; green means ‘Please service immediately, champagne and nibbles are required’, while red means ‘Do not disturb’. The in-room dining menus at Villa Kubu include Indonesian and Western dishes. With the villa’s commitment to health and wellness almost all of the produce is sourced from Bali’s organic farms, ensuring meals are made with the freshest ingredients. The owner of Villa Kubu has spent years studying the tropical vegetation of the island and the villa’s gardens reflect her love of Balinese botanicals. With a varied and beautiful assortment of tropical flowers and foliage, the gardens are as diverse as the villas themselves; some featuring lotus ponds, waterfalls and rock gardens complete with Balinese statuary. Pathways wind their way under canopies of palm trees, flanked by the coloured foliage of plants that will tolerate the shade. Urns, statues and other garden ornaments add a decorative element to the spaces and there are bursts of colour throughout the property courtesy of the bougainvillea and ginger flowers growing in abundance. Villa Kubu’s gardens are an amalgamation of a variety of elements that are unique to the island, combining to create what is now simply referred to as Balinese style. Private villas, Seminyak

Villa Kubu and the Lataliana Villas are a collection of 17 very private one-, two- and three-bedroom villas, along with one five-bedroom villa, each immaculately and individually styled within two separate complexes, each featuring back of house facilities to ensure that service is consistent among all the individual luxury villas.

The ultimate romantic retreat, the cosy one-bedroom villas are set within their own  private gardens and featuring a pool – the perfect setting for lazy days and magical nights.

The two-bedroom villas cater for up to four guests with a pair of suite bedrooms each with heavenly king-size beds, luxurious feather pillows and mosquito nets. The outdoor bathrooms are totally refreshing giving a unique experience of the pleasures of tropical living.

For larger groups of up to six adults or families try the palatial three-bedroom villas or the expansive five-bedroom villa. For those seeking greater privacy or even larger accommodation there are a series of side-by-side villas which connect through lockable garden doors to form two to four-bedroom options.  Also the two Lataliana villas (whose front doors are within 5 meters of each other) can effective form a seven bedroom villa option.

Each villa, hidden behind enchanting walls in exquisite tropical gardens, comes with swimming pool and picture-perfect thatch-roofed balés (gazebos) for outdoor dining, relaxed lounging and reading – the perfect spot also for a massage.

Many of the villas feature outdoor dining tables and chairs for simply enjoying meals under the sun and stars and each has a fully-equipped kitchen (stocked prior to your arrival with snacks and refreshments), some of which open onto the dining rooms to make meal time a social occasion for everyone.

Breakfasts are cooked to order at your villa by one of Kubu’s impeccably trained butlers. Other facilities include an entertainment centre with iPods loaded with a diverse selection of music, TV’s and DVD players.

Lataliana is Villa Kubu’s newest development located just 300 metres from the Seminyak beach, between Gado Gado restaurant and all the shops and bars of Jalan Seminyak. Consisting of a two-bedroom and a five-bedroom deluxe luxury pool villas each complimented with lush gardens, state of the art entertainment and dining facilities and of course bedrooms that delight every sense.

This two-bedroom villa is perfect for a tropical getaway and large enough to host a party, boasting an outdoor lounge area that can easily seat a group of up to 20 people.
